Service Description

Welcome to a three week session learning the fundamentals of boxing. Three workouts a week where we will work to learn each fundamental move with proper cueing and demonstrations. -Week One: learn proper movement patterns for jabs, crosses, hooks and upper cuts, with the added fun of a few fundamental kicks. Each class will incorporate a resistance components to help build your stamina and strength. -Week Two: learn fun and adaptable boxing combinations to add a little flavor to each session. Taking all we learn from week one, we will start putting a few of the moves together to work on combination training to amp up the intensity. Get ready to also amp up your resistance, with more balance and core training. -Week Three: This week is all about the mind body connection, where I will challenge you to work through more complex combinations and push a little harder through each workout. Come ready to work this week and take that fitness up a level. Each class will have a playlist provided so you can groove to the music and have fun each time you enter the workout.
